ADAKC has announced an important step forward in its mission to support families navigating the Alzheimer’s journey. This week, the organization begins transitioning into a new model of care—one shaped with intention, expertise, and a deep understanding of what caregivers truly need.

To give their team the focused time required to thoughtfully build this next phase, ADAKC will close its office to the public from May 1–8 for staff in‑service and program development. It’s a brief pause designed to create long‑lasting impact through stronger programs and more responsive support. The office will reopen to the public on Monday, May 11, ready to serve with enhanced programs, resources, and support.

The Wednesday Support Group on May 6 at 1:30 p.m. will continue as planned, ensuring caregivers still have a place to connect and find community. Anyone needing assistance during the closure can reach the team by phone or email.

A thoughtful new chapter is taking shape at ADAKC—one built with care, purpose, and hope for the families they serve.
