Adventist Health Bakersfield: Free Children’s Immunizations
Wed, Jun 18
Children’s immunization clinics will be open to the public, ensuring local families receive access to essential vaccinations for preventable diseases.

The free clinics are available to children under the age of 18 and who are uninsured, enrolled in Medi-Cal (Medi-Cal card required), or are of American Indian or Native Alaskan descent.

Parents with children over the age of five may make an appointment by calling 661-869-6740. No appointments are necessary for children five or younger. Children who are under the age of five, and their siblings, will be given priority due to grant funding from First 5 Kern. Immunization cards are required for all visits.

Free Hemoglobin testing is available for children and expectant or postpartum mothers (WIC, school, or doctor’s referral required).

Additional Information:
  • Mobile clinics will close for lunch between 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. (except on June 18, when clinics will close between 3 - 3:30 p.m.)
