Dignity Health Community Wellness Program Provides Free Flu Vaccination Clinics for Kern County Residents

The Dignity Health Community Wellness Program is offering free flu vaccination clinics throughout Kern County to prepare residents for the upcoming flu season. Residents must be 18 years or older, and vaccinations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
To help reduce the severity of influenza infection, flu vaccination is highly recommended for most people. Kern County residents are invited to attend a flu vaccination conveniently located near them.

To help ensure the safe delivery of the vaccine, residents should follow these guidelines:
- If you suspect or have confirmed COVID-19, please do not attend the flu clinic.
- The flu vaccine will only be administered to adults 18 years and older. If attending a drive-thru flu clinic, only individuals who will receive the vaccine should be present in the vehicle.
