The City of Bakersfield’s Independence Day celebration returns with a free fireworks show and the US 250 Tour’s Freedom Village, featuring live music, family activities, food vendors, and a multimedia American-history experience including a “Hall of Giants” hologram with Benjamin Franklin. Fireworks begin at 9:30 PM.
