The Panorama Vista Preserve (Panorama Bluffs) offers 936.8 acres of open space in Bakersfield, stretching 2½ miles along the Kern River below the Panorama Bluffs. With five access points—including three with street parking and entrances via bike and equestrian trails—it's a local gem worth exploring.
